Tidswell holds an Extended Public Offer licence from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), which allows us to act as fiduciary of multiple superannuation funds. 

Being one of only a few independent APRA licenced superannuation trustees in Australia, Tidswell is in a unique position to ensure the objective governance of your superannuation fund without the influence and conflicts often generated by deriving revenue from the fund’s choice of investments, insurance and other services.

The Trustee Services team underpins the governance and management of Tidswell’s superannuation funds.  Our model of supervision is designed to provide maximum prudential security of members’ benefits whilst minimising costs and increasing investment returns.  These objectives are achieved through our experienced Trustee Services team who understand superannuation, the mechanics of quality administration and keeping fund service providers on track.  Our team has worked in many facets of superannuation management in some of Australia’s largest institutions.

Tidswell holds a Registrable Superannuation Entity (RSE) Licence. We have also held a MySuper licence which was granted by APRA in September 2013.
